| We work closely with all the building departments and inspectors within Polk county. If you have any problems at the Building department or don't understand the procedures, we will be happy to accompany you, to discuss any details with the inspectors. |
| Any Notes or structural Details needed on finished plans requested by building department inspectors will be no extra charge. |
Notice:
| Any Extra requests from the customer AFTER drawings have been signed and sealed ie. (walls moved, windows added or any other new additions to drawing will be charged extra $$. |
| One Preliminary drawing will be made to start, for your review, any changes to drawings at this time will be free at this point for up to 2 revisions, unless otherwise permitted due to unknown situations within the structure prior to any demolition. |
| Any Changes needed to plans during demolitions due to unforeseen conditions within the structure during demolition beyond human control drafting changes needed will be discounted. |
| Anytime a drawing has to be resigned and sealed their is a $250 charge |
