Many people don’t want to move from the area their in but need more room. Designing an addition or building a new home is easier then you think.

Our Company is small but we have 20 years in building experience. We have done many New Homes, Additions, and Turning Garages into useable living space, mother-in-law suites, nursery’s, porches, retaining walls, Gazebos and much more. Many barns and pole-barns we have drawn and designed for show horses and their proud owners. We stand behind all our work, and we are happy to say that we have many return customers, and referrals!

You can bring in your personal design or something you have seen in a book , we will sit down with you and work with you on building your new addition, home, or office. Please feel free to ask any questions, their are NO silly or stupid questions, we want to make sure you understand everything, this is an important investment in your home. If we don't know the answer we will find it out for you.

Please don't start work without an engineer sealed drawing and a Building permit, they will usually catch you, or a troublesome neighbor will report you!

We have done many as-builts this usually ends up costing you more money in the long run , due to fines and such, and costs more for our time to draw it up & draw it as you have it and fix what is needed and possible extra site visits .
